Access & Eligibility
All current faculty, staff, and students are eligible to use Qualtrics.
To access Qualtrics, use your CalNet ID and passphrase to log in at berkeley.qualtrics.com.
Usage Guidelines
- Included in our Qualtrics contract, is a limit on total responses per year. We encourage researchers to work with us to optimize their data collection approach if they expect response volume to exceed 50K in a fisccal year.
- For surveys that need to collect sensitive or protected information above protection level P2, please fill out our account request form
Accessibility
It is important that your surveys are accessible to those with different abilities. To make sure you're creating accessible surveys, follow the guidelines provided by Qualtrics: Qualtrics Survey Accessibility
