2. Determine Eligibility for Service

Access & Eligibility

Given the enterprise license that UCB currently holds, all staff may be eligible to use Perceptive Content free of charge after a new implementation has been set up to address the users’ business needs.

To determine eligibility to set up a new implementation use these criteria to understand whether this service may fit your business needs:

  • The unit or department has document management needs and has agreed to find a better/secure way to deal with past, current and future documents

  • Digital documents are searched and viewed on a constant basis

  • Paper documents that must be digitized (stored as digital copies)

    • Records that must be retained for X amount of years

  • Digital documents that must be archived for X amount of years

  • Paper and digital documents include P4 data

  • Paper and digital documents and processes use data/processes from third party systems such as Oracle, DocuSign, etc.

  • Other not listed here (please contact the Perceptive Content Service team if unsure)

IMPORTANT

An in-depth assessment will need to be conducted by the Perceptive Content Service team in order to make a final determination of your department's eligibility.

See the Business Process Discovery Assessment template below:
